Cut a small buccal or lingual aperture in which to insert the twist key.
Cut along the cement line going to the centre of the occlusal plane.
Do not use a lever action, simple rotation of the twist key will release the crown.
If the No.1 key rotates without resistance, use the No.2 key then the No.3 key if required.
